TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Apex Cleaning Solutions. By booking or utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• 1. SERVICE AGREEMENT

  By scheduling a service, the Client enters into a binding agreement with Apex Cleaning Solutions, subject to these terms.

• 2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

  Services are performed as specified in the booking. Additional requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges. It is the Client’s responsibility to provide an accurate description of the property; failure to do so may result in additional labor fees.

• 3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

  ● A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your service block. Deposits are paid through our secure invoice and payment portal.

  ●The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. We accept all payments made through our portal. Prices are subject to applicable taxes.

  ● A 3.99% processing fee is applied to all electronic payments to cover third‑party bank and payment processor charges. This fee is not a tax and is assessed solely to offset transaction costs. By submitting payment through our portal, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this processing fee as part of the total amount due.

• 4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

  ● Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service appointment.

  ● Cancellations made within the 24‑hour window are subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

  ● Additionally, any cancellation of requested additional services made within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of those specific additional services.

  ● If our team is already en route or onsite, Apex Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to retain the non‑refundable deposit and apply the $15 fee, as this covers travel time, fuel, and reserved labor.

  ● We also reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, with notice to the client.

• 5.CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

  Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. Please secure all fragile, valuable, or sentimental items. We kindly ask that you inform us of any hazardous or unsafe conditions prior to our team’s arrival.

• 6. LIABILITY

  Apex Cleaning Solutions is a fully insured company committed to the care of your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper installation or maintenance of fixtures. Claims for accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

• 7. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

  Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  ● COMPLIMENTARY RE-CLEAN - If reported within the 24-hour window, we will gladly return to address any specific concerns at no additional charge.

  ● NO REFUND POLICY - Please note that our company does not offer monetary refunds. Our policy is strictly limited to providing a complimentary re-clean of the identified areas, provided that notification is received within the required 24-hour timeframe.

  ● EXCLUSIONS - Any dissatisfaction reported after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a complimentary re-clean or any form of compensation.

• 8. PRIVACY POLICY

  We respect your privacy. Client information is handled in strict compliance with applicable laws and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

• 9. FORCE MAJEURE

  Apex Cleaning Solutions is not liable for service delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters or public emergencies.

• 10. GOVERNING LAW

  These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

• 11. MODIFICATIONS

  We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or direct notification.
